Donald has been preparing to be a brand manager his entire life. His business background includes experience within an array of industries such as retail, professional sports, and event services, as well as being an entrepreneur.

This unique and diverse experience has made Donald a “renaissance marketer”, and has equipped him with the tools needed to succeed in an increasingly more intricate field. A holistic business view, the ability to simplify the complex, and a consumer-centric approach are just a few ways which Donald provides value.

After finishing his MBA in 2009, Donald did what any aspiring brand manager would do; he took a position with a company that does event lighting. As Brand and Development Manager, Donald defines and develops the creative approach and brand strategy at Kaleidoscope. Through a combination of high-level strategic thinking with exceptional creative execution, he has molded one of the most transparent and talkable brands in the industry.
